Our approach
Here at Diabetes Centre, our Credentialled Diabetes Educator, Vicki, has a genuine empathy towards her clients and has a holistic approach to her Diabetes Education. She will take the time to understand how each person is navigating their diabetes management to create a individualised care plan.
Vicki approaches diabetes care management with a holistic lens, promoting client focused education. She works collaboratively with client and multidisciplinary team. This may include General Practitioners, other health professionals to tailor diabetes care plan to assist clients with day-to-day self-management.
Vicki can consult with clients individually and within a group to promote diabetes care. The Diabetes Centre is located within inner Melbourne at Carlton North.

Vicki Stavridis
The Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) is the National peak body for diabetes education, management, and care in Australia. The ADEA is the regulatory body for the Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification.
CDEs are health professionals who have undertaken a rigorous credentialling program and have specialist knowledge in the field of diabetes education.
Vicki has completed this certification and is fully accredited with ADEA, keeping up with ongoing research and news through various events throughout the year.
