Fees to increase per financial year, next scheduled increase on the 30th of June 2025
All appointments are to be paid prior to, or at the time of consultation.
Home visits will require prior approval and clients must have regular GP.
Nursing Home visits require prior approval and clients must have regular GP
Cancelling Appointments
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled please provide as much notice as possible. A courtesy reminder email and text message are sent 48 hours prior to your upcoming appointment. For non attendance or cancelled sessions less than 24 business hours before the appointment time, 100% of the session cost will be applied.
For NDIS clients the NDIS price guide is applied and allows for up to 100% of the fee for non-attendance or less for short notice cancellation of a appointments.
In the unlikely event that the Diabetes Educator needs to reschedule an appointment you will be notified as soon as possible. A new appointment will made in consultation with your Diabetes Educator. No charge for this reschedule will be made.
Please note
DVA: Gold & White Card (White Card must have a diabetes diagnosis) are accepted upon a GP referral
My Aged Care (MAC): Must have diabetes education under Allied Health service. Clients to discuss with their MAC provider
Clients must check with relevant agencies if they are eligible for any of the above services prior to consultation.
